The Augusta Group was founded in 2001 with the singular goals of providing quality home design, construction, and property development services, and pleasant experiences for customers in Golden, Denver, and throughout northern Colorado.  Today, this is still our #1 priority.

Our first project was the construction of a beautiful two story custom home north of Denver.  Since then, we have expanded our services to include turnkey project management, pre-construction planning & budgeting, custom basement finishing, land development and construction & real estate consulting. 

We partner with only the best and most honest architects, sub-contractors, financing experts, and real estate companies. The result is a consistent record of highly satisfied customers, including individual homeowners, investors, and commercial real estate developers.
